In fact our drying process produces Live Juice Powders that retain their natural qualities so well, when reconstituted in water they are virtually identical to fresh squeezed juice with virtually no degradation of color, flavor, aroma, essential oils, enzymes, and nutrition.
We provide Live Juice Powders to some of the biggest nutritional companies in the industry. Our specialty is creating Live Juice Powders from cereal grass (barley, wheat, and oat) juice, alfalfa leaf juice (which we grow ourselves) and blue green algae. For more details see below.
Our remarkably fertile farm land located in Central Utah, USA has sediment deposited from an ancient sea, combined with an evaporating runoff from a watershed of millions of acres of wilderness and has deposited a rare abundance of trace minerals.
And in this mineral rich soil we grow healthy crops with superior nutritional content. We carefully harvest our cereal grasses and alfalfa at optimal maturity for peak nutritional content.
Our revolutionary drying process provides more than 200 metric ton, per year, of premium quality cereal grass and alfalfa juice powders to nutritional companies in America, Europe and Japan.
However with our proprietary, low temperature Live Juice Powder quick drying process, we also have the capability of drying almost any botanical juice or extract.
We can also custom dry, custom formulate, contract manufacture and offer wholesale bulk raw materials. For more details about us, go to the About Us section of our website.
Why our Live Juice Powders are the BEST!
Alfalfa, Wheat, Barley and Oats
Our alfalfa and cereal grasses are organically grown in the rich soils central, Utah, U.S.A. in an area that was once part of an ancient seabed. The sediment deposited from this body of water, combined with an evaporating runoff from a watershed of millions of acres of wilderness has created a deep, rich soil base full of minerals and nutrients.
The plants are grown and harvested from this wholesome soil.
The young grass plants are harvested at the peak of their nutritional value, just before the jointing stage. The jointing stage is when the tissue of the grass leaf begins to form a stem.
The chlorophyll, protein, and vitamin content declines rapidly after the jointing stage as the cellulose levels increase to form a mature, seed bearing plant. This makes it imperative to harvest the grass before the jointing occurs.
Several tests are conducted on the young plants throughout the growing season to determine the best time to harvest. This ensures a grass product that is at its peak nutritionally and is the most beneficial as a supplement.
Alfalfa and Cereal Grasses have a nutritional profile similar to spinach and other dark leafy green vegetables. They are naturally high in vitamins, enzymes, chlorophyll, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, beta-carotene and other antioxidants.
After the grass is gently harvested, it is immediately transported to the facility, juiced and quickly processed to a dry powder.
Our Blue-Green Algae, Aphanizomenon flos-aqua, comes from the pristine waters of the Upper Klamath Lake. The algae is harvested and handled so that it arrives at our drying facility alive and fresh.
Our handling techniques and proprietary, low temperature Live Juice Powder dehydration process preserves the color, flavor, aroma and nutritional content of the algae.
Blue Green algae has a complete array of vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids. It is also very high in protein, chlorophyll and beta carotene.
Fruits and Vegetables
Our fruits and vegetables are grown throughout the western United States. After harvesting they are shipped to our facility for juicing and drying.
Our process removes the water and cellulose leaving a very nutritious concentrated powder. We capture and maintain the beneficial properties of fresh produce for a more convenient use. i.e. capsules, tablets, drink mixes and food bars.
Our mineral powder is extracted from ancient mineral deposits. The concentrated liquid is then shipped to our facility for drying.
The leaf gel of our Aloe Vera is grown throughout the southwestern US and Mexico. We supply various growers with a dry finished product of exceptionally high quality.
